Virtual Soup and Psalms                        
St Mark Council 15447

For the past 6 years, St. Mark Council 15447 has offered a “Soup and Psalms” event on the Wednesday evenings in Lent.  This year, if things were normal, it would have been a time for quiet reflection and a simple meal following the Wed. evening Mass during Lent starting Feb 24 and ending Mar 24. 

Soup and Psalms is designed to allow participants an opportunuty for Prayer, Fasting (a small simple meal), and Almsgiving to support Catholic Relief Services through the Rice Bowl collection. 

To carry on the tradition in our socially distant world,  your Knights will provide a weekly Psalm for your reflection and a soup recipe that you might enjoy.  We ask that you donate to Operation Rice Bowl as you are able.   Click on the links on the side to see each weeks recipe and Psalm readings.
